    Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from any heat source.

    Packaging: All products are packed in protective atmosphere bags (25kg), which are then placed on pallets. The 1000kg loose product is packed in big bags placed on a pallet. Delivery by courier.

    Sensory characteristics: smell, taste and colour typical of the product.

    How to prepare/serve: soaking time 12 hours. Cooking time 60 minutes.
