    Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from any heat source.

    Packaging: all products are packed in protective atmosphere bags, which are then stored in cardboard boxes and placed on pallets (see the logistic data sheet). The 1000kg loose product is packed in big bags placed on a pallet. Delivery by courier.

    Sensory characteristics: smell, taste and colour typical of the product.

    How to prepare/serve: soaking time 6 hours. Cooking time 35 minutes.
